Terms and Conditions for BossBazaar

1. Product Complaints: Any product-related complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Order Cancellation: Cancellation due to a change of mind is not allowed. Customers will be responsible for the delivery charges.

3. Product Exchange: If a product-related issue arises, an exchange will be processed within 7 days.

4. Refund Policy: If an exchange is not possible, refunds will be disbursed within 15 days.

5. Gadgets and Electronics: All gadgets and electronic items must be checked in front of the delivery rider. No complaints will be accepted after delivery.

6. Warranty: Gadgets and electronic products do not come with a warranty.
